Erica Perez is an Emmy Award-winning 2D Animator and Animation Director, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. With a Bachelors in Media Arts from Pratt Institute, she has worked on a variety of shows in children's programming to adult TV animation, documentaries, and web series. Among those works are Storycorps, Ugly Americans (Comedy Central), Mr. Sheep and Sleepy Bear (Nick Jr. Online), Gridiron Heights (Bleacher Report), My Cartoon President (Showtime), Broad City (Comedy Central), Midnight Gospel (Netflix), and Tuca & Bertie (Adult Swim). With a passion for storytelling and character building, in her free time she enjoys cat snuggles and a little Dungeons & Dragons.
